It is made in small batches using the highest quality ingredients including Philadelphia Brand Cream cheese, Nestle Premier White Chocolate, and Nabisco Graham Crackers. Each crust is pressed into the pan by hand.
Your cheesecake is a perishable item. It is frozen as soon as it is made to preserve the best quality. To save for later, simply place in the freezer. To enjoy now, follow the thawing instructions below. If tightly wrapped, your cheesecake will keep for 3-4 months frozen. Once thawed, it will keep for approximately one week in the refrigerator.
We recommend thawing overnight in the refrigerator. You may also set out in a cool room to thaw. An 8″ Cheesecake will take approximately 3 hours to thaw. Keep refrigerated once thawed. Keep well wrapped.
*This cheesecake is made in a facility that uses nuts in other recipes and uses shared equipment. Nuts are not used in the cheesecake. The cheesecake part is gluten free but the crust is NOT gluten free.
